Common Questions About Renting a Boat on Lake Winnipesaukee with Wake Winni

We offer multi-day and weekly rentals on our boats. Our inboard, multisport boats boast up to 350 Horsepower and are versatile enough for any watersport you can imagine. Our performance tri-toon is perfect for relaxing or ripping around the lake. We only rent to experienced captains. We require a 50% deposit to reserve your rental boat.

Yes, we offer surfing, wakeboarding, skiing, and tubing packages. Each add-on includes the watersport item of choice and a tow rope. Lifejackets and an anchor system are included with the boat rental!

You have up to 14 days before your reservation to cancel and receive a 50% refund, the remainder will be forfeited; if you have to cancel within 14 days of your reservation, even if it’s due to weather, you forfeit the entire payment.  We do not offer rainchecks on boat rentals.

We require all operators of our boats to be 21 years or older.

Boats will depart with a full tank of gas and should be returned with a full tank full as well. Gas should be purchased at Dive Winnipesaukee Gas Dock prior to returning the boat.

YES! New Hampshire law requires a NASBLA-approved boater’s license to operate any of our boats. We do not accept an NH temporary boating license.

We offer discounts for bookings longer than one week in duration.

Similar to most marinas, we do not offer insurance on our rental fleet. However, we recommend checking with your auto, home, or credit card company to see if they offer protection for your rental. We make sure we go over all operations of the boat as well as a chart familiarization prior to departure; we can alert you to some hazards on the lake and offer recommendations on areas to avoid that might be difficult for boaters to help protect you and the boat. Ultimately it is the renter’s responsibility to keep the boat and its passengers safe.

We require all of our rentals to stay on Lake Winnipesaukee. The boat will start in the water for your reservation. Transporting to other bodies of water is prohibited.

We only offer full-day boat rentals. If you’re looking to book for less than a full day, check out our watersport or pontoon charter options!
